Mandeep specialises in defending major loss and catastrophic bodily injury claims. Mandeep’s current caseload includes many cases with a value in excess of £1million, many of which involve very complex issues on causation and liability. She is also assisting on a number of cases with a value of up to £10 million.
Her caseload includes a combination of motor, EL and PL cases and she has a wealth of experience in settlement negotiations, advising and advocacy.
She has an interest in cross border claims which involve accidents abroad or accidents involving foreign insurers, as well as an interest in amputation cases and developments in this field. However, she is experienced in defending claims covering a variety of catastrophic injuries including TBI, chronic pain, complex orthopaedic injuries and spinal injuries.
