Lyndsey is a Senior Associate in our Healthcare Team in Edinburgh. Lyndsey specialises in clinical negligence and has acted for a range of healthcare professionals, including GPs, orthopaedic surgeons, plastic surgeons, neurosurgeons, hair transplant surgeons, ophthalmic surgeons, cardiologists, urologists and radiologists.
She also acts on behalf of a medical product manufacturer in Scotland’s largest group-style litigation to date.
Lyndsey acts on behalf of insurers in public liability and professional indemnity claims arising within the care sector. She also has considerable experience in professional negligence cases, representing surveyors, engineers, insurance brokers and financial advisers.
Her case load varies from pre-litigation matters to actions raised in the sheriff courts, the All Scotland Personal Injury Court and the Court of Session. She appears in the sheriff courts regularly. She also represents clients in the ongoing Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry and in fatal accident inquiries.
