Lucy Coleman is a Legal Director in our Liverpool office. She specialises in occupational disease claims and is skilled in handling a wide range of disease claims. Her expertise includes noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL), hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS), dermatitis, asthma, mesothelioma and other asbestos-related conditions.

With a particular interest in causation, Lucy acts for a variety of insurers and corporates, advising them on complex issues. She works closely with insurers and has an excellent record in defeating first claims and advising on floodgate scenarios.

Lucy regularly delivers training to clients on key issues. She has also presented at our disease seminar on various topics, including contentious causation issues. She is recognised as a leader and supportive supervisor within her team and across the wider disease sector. She also takes an active part in the business development of the sector.
