Laurence Cancel focuses her practice on appellate matters. Laurence has briefed appeals in the various district courts of appeals of Florida.
In addition to appeals, Laurence focuses her practice on litigation support. She has extensive experience researching and drafting trial motions and memoranda, including motions to dismiss, motions to abate, motions to reconsider, and for summary judgment.
Lastly, Laurence has experience practicing insurance defense litigation on mostly personal injury protection matters.
