Kirstie has practised exclusively in employment law since 2015 after graduating with a First Class (Hons) degree in Scots Law. She has assisted clients to navigate complex grievance and disciplinary issues, often involving discrimination and whistleblowing, and she has a particular interest in corporate transactions involving restructures and TUPE. Kirstie is known for her commercial approach in negotiating senior employee exits and resolving contractual issues, including in relation to post-termination restrictive covenants.

Kirstie has a proven track record in the Employment Tribunal and routinely appears in lengthy and complex claims on behalf of private and public sector clients. She also assists her clients to achieve favourable settlement packages, including via judicial mediation.
