Kenneth Cooper is a member of the Trial & Defense practice group with a focus on mass torts and product liability. Before joining the firm, Kenneth prosecuted cases as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. There, he worked on hundreds of cases, taking several of them to trial and presenting cases to the Grand Jury. Because of his work as a Brooklyn prosecutor, Kenneth has extensive experience in handling dispositive motions, conducting investigations, and negotiating dispositions with opposing counsel.
