Joanna Calderon has extensive experience in defending auto manufacturers and dealerships involving consumer protection laws, such as California’s Song Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (lemon law) and fraudulent concealment. Over the years, she has represented clients in a full range of practice areas including products liability and consumer warranty.
Joanna has also extensive experience in Entertainment Law. Previously, Joanna worked in the Clip Licensing Department at an American multinational media and entertainment company dealing primarily with copyrights, underlying rights, and intellectual property.
Joanna is fluent in Spanish. During her time at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, Joanna clerked at the Los Angeles Superior Court in the Family Law Division and participated in several clinics, including the Immigration Clinic and Removal Defense Clinic.
