Associate at the Montréal office since 2021, Channel Cadieux mainly practices in construction law. Her work is centred on complex and large-scale construction projects, as well as on litigation and the defence of engineers in professional indemnity matters.
She studied in the paralegal program at Ahuntsic College and obtained her bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Québec in Montréal, before being admitted to the Québec Bar in 2019. During her university studies, Channel acted as an administrative assistant in notarial law for a small firm. In addition, she interned at a family law boutique firm and has pleaded before the Québec Court and the Superior Court in the context of matters related to family law litigation and youth protection.
Raised in a family of engineers and construction professionals, Channel was inspired in her career choice from a young age. She knows how to manage files from beginning to end with autonomy and is a quick learner. Channel’s clients appreciate her analytical mind, as well as her listening and interpersonal skills.
