Anna is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice and specialises in the management, protection, enforcement and exploitation of IP assets. Anna also advises clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters across the hospitality, energy, healthcare and education sectors.

Anna’s experience includes drafting and advising on licensing, co-existence, agency, distribution and franchise agreements as well as advising on IP enforcement and infringement matters. Anna also has extensive experience in handling all aspects of corporate brand development, brand management and brand protection. The breadth and scope of Anna’s experience means she is exceptionally well-positioned to assist clients across the entire IP life cycle.
Anna was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2018 and holds a Master of Laws degree (LLM) from Queen Mary University (London, UK) and a Law Degree from the University of Milan, Italy.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Anna also worked in private practice in London and undertook client secondments at Warner Bros, Sky and Lotus Cars.
