Sorina joined the Clyde & Co team as a student in 2017 and subsequently completed her articling period with the firm. She was called to the Bar in 2018 and practises litigation, mainly in civil and professional liability and construction law files. Ambitious and determined, Sorina uses her analytical skills and creativity to provide services that are adapted to the particular needs of her clients.
Sorina holds bachelors’ degrees in biopharmaceutical science (B.Sc.) and law (LL.B) from the Université de Montréal. She also completed a certificate in Chinese law at the China University of Political Science and Law. Motivated by her profound intellectual curiosity and sense of community service, Sorina has been actively involved with several organizations, such as Pro Bono Canada, OEIL-Côte-des-Neiges housing education and information service, and Juripop. These experiences have allowed her to develop considerable professionalism and acquire an efficient and pragmatic working methodology that she applies to all her files.
Sorina is fluent in French, English and Romanian.
Outside of work, Sorina is planning her next overseas adventure or gastronomic outing in Montreal.
