Based in the Montréal office, Sarah-Jade Bilodeau is a litigation associate, primarily practising in the fields of civil and professional liability, product liability, as well as in class-action defence.
Sarah-Jade holds a bachelor’s degree in civil law from the University of Sherbrooke. She distinguished herself by her academic excellence, recognized on the Dean’s honour list for each of the years she spent at university. Her interest for public speaking and legal analysis is what set her apart as a finalist in a national moot court competition and what allowed her to strengthen her experience through an internship for a Superior Court judge. In addition, Sarah-Jade actively invested herself in her alma mater’s student association, namely as a member of the executive committee and of several other committees.
After having articled and interned at the firm, she rejoined Clyde & Co as an associate in 2024. Appreciated for her rigour, her analytical mind and her capacity to solve complex issues, Sarah-Jade handles every matter with professionalism and determination. She does everything she can to protect and defend the interests of her clients, while remaining attentive to their needs.
