Megan Basso focuses her practice on insurance coverage and insurance litigation. She advises clients on policy interpretation, claims handling, and bad faith. She represents carriers in insurance coverage disputes arising in state and federal courts.
Megan also has experience defending companies and individuals in complex civil litigation matters, including claims for breach of contract, wrongful death, premises liability, medical malpractice, personal injury, and violations of the Copyright Act.
