Mackenzie (Mac) Brockmyre is a litigator who handles product, general and commercial liability as well as asbestos matters. His experience also includes toxic tort litigation research and memoranda.
Mac brings his previous experience as a law clerk, where he focused on toxic tort liability, product liability, insurance matters and complex civil and business litigation. Mac was also as a law clerk for the Honorable Paul C. Dawley, Chief Justice of the Massachusetts District courts.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mac worked in the insurance industry as a claims representative. He handled workers’ compensation, product, cyber, auto and general liability claims for a hospital system and a major municipality.
