Joshua Bettencourt is a member of the Liability & Excess Coverage practice group. Josh has extensive experience in all phases of civil litigation, from commencement through trial, with an emphasis in insurance law. Over the years, he has represented clients in a full range of practice areas including insurance coverage, insurance producer liability, subrogation litigation, business and employment litigation, corporate law, and real estate and construction transactions.
Josh previously served as president of a service-based, non-profit farm organization. As part of his duties, he worked with legislators and lobbyists to address economic and environmental issues impacting farm workers and family farms.
Outside of the office, Josh enjoys long-distance running with his wife and playing guitar with his daughter.
