Isabel has wide experience at all litigation stages before the various Spanish Courts and acts in civil law disputes, administrative, labor and criminal proceedings.
She acts for major national and international insurance companies in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her practice includes drafting and adapting policies to Spanish law, and advice the insurer companies in all coverage issues.
Isabel has wide experience in advising insurers of several Public Health Bodies and is also a qualified mediator and member of the Asociacion Valenciana de Derecho Sanitario. She lectures at conferences, seminars and medical associations.
