Fatoumata Badji is an associate in the Paris office. Her practice focuses on privacy, data protection compliance and cyberattack response. She helps companies and clients to be compliant with data protection laws and regulations (including compliance, notifications to the data protection authority), define legal strategies and ensure that their needs are addressed according to their objectives.
She also advises on privacy issues and cyberattacks responses.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Fatoumata acquired relevant experiences in data protection and cybersecurity in three leading law firms and an IT company (Microsoft) as an intern.
She was admitted to the Paris bar in 2022 and holds a master’s degree in European Union Law from University Paris-Est Créteil and a master’s degree in IP/IT from HEAD school.
She is fluent in French and English.
