Clare is an Associate in the London Real Estate department. Having trained with Clyde & Co, she qualified in September 2019. She advises on a wide range of transactional commercial property work, acting for investors, occupiers, lenders and developers in both London and across England and Wales. 

Experience

• Advising a landlord client in respect of purchases, sales, new lettings and a variety of management documentation in relation to a large industrial estate portfolio of around 20 estates 
• Acting on a number of complex sale and leaseback transactions in central London on behalf of a major developer
• Negotiating a range of lettings for well-known retail and food and beverage tenants in high street, shopping centre and drive thru locations
• Acting on behalf of an active portfolio of lender clients; financing commercial, development and high value residential properties
• Acting for the landlord on the on-going management of a mixed use commercial property in west London
• Advising on the sale of a c.£6million commercial property in Derbyshire
