Charlotte is often instructed by PI insured in the defence of claims against a wide range of professionals, including: Accountants, Independent Financial Advisers, Chartered Surveyors and Solicitors. 

Charlotte is also instructed on commercial litigation matters, both for the claimant and defendant. 
Charlotte has experience pre-litigation and throughout all stages of the litigation process. 
Charlotte also provides insurers with policy coverage advice.

• Acting for insurers regarding mortgage mis-selling claims and successfully defending the matter at trial. 
• Advising an accountancy firm regarding a negligence claim arising from advice given relating to tax avoidance schemes. 
• Advising solicitors in a negligence claim involving limitation difficulties, which was successfully resolved at mediation. 
• Investigating and advising insurers on policy coverage issues.
• Advising clients on, and preparing for, interim injunctions.
