Cassidy Black focuses her practice on Aviation Finance. Cassidy’s experience includes advising clients on US aviation laws for multiple matters, including those involving FAA regulations. She has assisted in various aviation finance matters including drafting Master Lease Agreements, Equipment Schedules, Guarantees, Limited Liability Company Agreements, among others. Cassidy has also has experience reviewing and drafting quarterly and annual reports, registration statements, and other required filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
