Ana is an Associate in the projects and construction group specialising in front-end construction matters and PPP/ PFI projects, advising project consortia, funders, developers, contractors and service providers on a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects, including healthcare and infrastructure.
She has extensive experience advising on the operational aspects of PPP and PFI projects, including extensions to project facilities, changes to the provision of services, interfaces with multiple stakeholders, and the replacement of sub-contractors.
Ana is also involved with front-end construction transactions, including drafting and negotiating building contracts, appointments, collateral warranties, guarantees, deeds of variation and various ancillary documents and recently completed a client secondment in the legal team of an international consultancy and construction company.
Despite her focus on transactional projects and construction work, Ana also has experience in contentious work, including acting in international arbitration proceedings in respect of disputes arising on construction and energy projects.

- Advising on a high-profile development in Battersea and preparing trade contracts on various phases of the development
- Advising a project company on an operational schools project on the conversion of their PFI schools portfolios from maintained schools to academies
- Advising the service provider up to financial close on Irish further education and healthcare PPP projects.
- Advising a construction joint venture client on the design and construction contract for a £1bn tunnel project.
- Advising project companies on standstill agreements in relation to construction defects on various hospital projects
