Andreas has a focus on the insurance industry, and clients benefit from more than twenty years of experience in cross-border M&A, private equity, regulatory and insurance contract law. This unique combination allows Andreas to advise both life and non-life insurers, MGAs and brokers on a wide range of issues, notably M&A insurance underwriting and policy advice, insurance M&A and portfolio transfers, reinsurance, corporate venture investments, product development and contracts with InsurTechs, intermediaries, TPAs and IT providers.
Andreas was educated at the University of Munich. He speaks German as well as English and French.
