Tiffany’s areas of practice include general commercial litigation, insurance litigation, professional indemnity and public liability. In addition, Tiffany has advised clients on a range of matters including body corporate disputes, business rescue, business enterprise scams, misrepresentation, and the legality and enforceability of excessive gambling royalties.
Tiffany was admitted as an attorney on 3 September 2021. She holds a Bcom (Law) degree as well as a Postgraduate LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch. Tiffany aslo completed a short course in Compliance Management through the University of Cape Town.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Tiffany acquired experience at another international law firm where she was involved in contractual, debt collection, property and constitutional disputes in the Magistrate’s Court, High Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal as well as the Constitutional Court.

Professional liability – Negotiating favourable settlements in excess of ZAR1 million in matters where insured has under-settled or allowed their client’s claim to prescribe.
Advisory – Advising client on subrogated recovery prospects regarding a USD 651 674,86 claim where an insured prejudiced the insurer’s rights of subrogation.
