Samia Ajouby is an associate in the International Arbitration practice of the Paris office. Her practice focuses on commercial and investor-state arbitrations and complex cross-border litigation.

Samia has advised clients on commercial and investment arbitration matters conducted under the auspices of various arbitral institutions, including the ICC, ICSID, LCIA as well as set aside and enforcement proceedings. Samia's experience includes a focus on waste management, intellectual property, as well as energy and natural resources disputes.

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Samia acquired a wide range of experience in international arbitration in several leading international law firms based in Paris and Casablanca.

Samia was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024. She holds two Master's degrees from the University of Paris II Pantheon Assas, in International Business Law, and in Litigation, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She also holds a PhD in International Arbitration and Comparative Law from the University of Paris II Pantheon Assas.

She is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
