Norah has advised on a number of corporate transactions, working with clients operating in the energy, healthcare, infrastructure, and technology sectors. 

Norah is a licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, Saudi Arabia in 2019. 

Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Norah worked at PwC Legal Middle East as an associate and trained at a local law firm in Saudi Arabia. 

Norah is fluent in Arabic and English.

Experience
  • Advising various multinational companies (involved in various sectors, including healthcare, tourism and construction) on the structuring of their local presence in Saudi Arabia and assisting with the establishment process. 
  • Assisting various multinational companies with the restructuring of their KSA entities (including changes to their share capital, ownership, governance, management, and activities). 
  • Assisting a Kuwaiti group with filing an application for a no notification required before the General Authority for Competition (GAC) in Saudi Arabia. 
  • Advising several multinational companies on the de-registration process and requirements for their KSA entities. 
  • Advising various multinational companies on licensing and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia and assisting with the licensing process.
  • Advising multinational companies and foreign investors on a broad range of commercial arrangements, including joint venture agreements, distribution agreements, consultancy agreements and services agreements. 
  • Advising various multinational companies on corporate governance and compliance matters in Saudi Arabia.
