Noor joined the Corporate and Commercial team in London on qualification in September 2020.

Noor advises on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, company structuring, corporate governance and a wide range of commercial transactions, with background experience in banking and finance (both conventional and Islamic) and commercial dispute resolution. Noor is fluent in Arabic and English.

Noor is also active on a pro-bono front, leading a initiative in partnership with the UAE's Federal Youth Authority offering legal guidance to young entrepreneurs across the UAE for which she has been recognised by the UAE Minister of Culture & Youth, H.E. Noura Al Kaabi.
