Nicolás Adriasola Zárate is an associate at Clyde & Co since the year 2022, currently working in the offices located in Santiago, Chile. • Venture Capital - Successfully advised the start-up Banca.Me on its corporate restructuring, through a flip to a new company incorporated in the state of Delaware, USA, called .Me Ecosystem Inc.
• Venture Capital - Successfully advised the company Banca.Me in its negotiation with the private investment fund Genesis Ventures II - Early Stages Private Investment Fund on a agreement and money loan contracts for the amount of USD$ 600,000.
• Corporate - Advisory services provided to the private law corporation called Caja de Ahorros de Empleados Públicos, in its process of restructuring and modernization of its corporate governance, as part of an agreement with the Consejo de Defensa del Estado of Chile (the government) during the year 2021.
• Merger & Acquisitions - Successfully advised Nike Retail B.V. and Nike International LTD. in the process of selling their distribution business in Chile, through the sale of their subsidiary in the same country, called Nike de Chile Limitada.
• Corporate - Ongoing advisory services to Lentes Galileo Chile SpA, a subsidiary of the business group Lentes Galileo, which owns the optical company called "Ben & Frank", whose parent company is established in Mexico with more than 55 stores.
• Venture Capital / Finance  - Successful advisory on capital raising and financing transactions for companies, through which investors invested in the companies by subscribing to unnamed contracts called "SAFE" (Simple Agreement for Future Equity), through which the companies received financing.
