Full Profile
Marta joined Clyde & Co Madrid in February 2020, after specialising her professional career at the Litigation Department of a leading international insurance company.
She focuses on marine insurance, shipping, trade, and transport dispute resolution. She is also specialised in coverage issues and disputes relating to financial lines and D&O liability insurance, as well as advising on insurance and reinsurance policy wordings.
Marta studied Law at the University of Oviedo and a LL.M combined with a Master’s Degree in International Business at CEU San Pablo University.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association since September 2019.
