Mark Aitken is a partner who specialises in detecting and defending fraudulent property and commercial claims. He works closely with insurers, monitoring fraud increases at claim and underwriting stages.
Mark has worked in the insurance sector for 25 years and is a British Insurance Law Association (BILA) member. He has extensive experience in complex property fraud claims, including arson, staged theft and other deliberate or exaggerated damage.
He also advises on policy coverage issues and prepares responses to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
