Fatima has advised on a variety of commercial property transactions, including landlord and tenant, sales and acquisitions and also provided real estate support to corporate and secured finance transactions in a variety of sectors including retail, leisure and commercial in the United Kingdom.
Fatima was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2019.
Fatima graduated in 2005 with a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Commercial Law from the University of Westminster (London) and with a Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP University (London) in 2015. She also holds a Master of Laws (DESS) and a Master’s degree under French Law from Paris, France.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Fatima worked as a Real Estate associate in the City of London, UK.
Fatima is fluent in English and French. She also has conversational skills in Arabic.

- Advised a chain of restaurants in taking substantial leases in three different shopping Centres across the UK.
- Advised a private investor in connection with the development and sale of student accommodation projects across the UK.
- Advised a private investor in connection with the purchase and sales of various investment assets including office and residential buildings in greater London.
- Advised on the borrower side in relation to the refinancing of their property portfolios with institutional lenders.
- Advised restaurant clients in relation to acquiring existing leases and taking new leases of prime premises in central London, as well as in relation to the sale of restaurant premises.
