Anas is a Partner in Clyde & Co’s Dispute Resolution team in Saudi Arabia.
He has over 20 years’ experience advising clients on matters involving commercial disputes, including shareholder and JV disputes, commercial agency and distributor disputes, debt recovery claims, commercial arbitration claims and court proceedings in Saudi Arabia.
Anas is a bilingual licenced lawyer in the region. He speaks both English and Arabic and is able to negotiate and draft legal documents in both languages.
Anas previously worked as an in-house disputes & regulatory lawyer for two government agencies. He has a Bachelor of Laws degree from King Saud University in Riyadh and an LLM degree from the University of Aberdeen, UK.
