Arkadiusz Krasnodebski
Arkadiusz was Managing Partner at Dentons for nine years and has advised clients in the energy sector for over 30 years. These include state-owned players in the energy market and energy traders, whom he advises on regulatory, contractual and corporate matters. He also advises on privatisations of companies in the energy sector and, most recently, acted as a strategic adviser to investors on transactions for projects in both renewable and non-renewable energy sources.
Agnieszka Kulińska
Agnieszka has focused on renewable energy sources since 2006. She has a broad portfolio of multinational clients specializing in the development and acquisition of wind farms, photovoltaic projects, and other renewable energy sources in Poland and the CEE region at large.
Radoslaw Goral
Radoslaw is a partner specialising in disputes resolution, with a specific focus on insurance and financial sector clients, but also works with the telecommunications, energy and other regulated industries. Radek is qualified to practice in Poland, but also in New York and California.
