Where we are already on the Court record in a case subject to the English & Welsh jurisdiction, or are nominated to accept service of such proceedings and we have agreed to accept service by email please use service@clydeco.com subject to the following restrictions:

• where we have provided you with our reference in existing matters, that reference is included within the email subject line;
• no single attachment/file/document exceeds 150MB
• no single email exceeds 150MB overall;

If any attachments are password protected you advise us of this in the body of the email and set out the name and contact details of the person who can provide the password.
