A multi-jurisdictional perspective by the Young Arbitration Group
Authored by members of our Young Arbitration Group, the articles present unique insight into international arbitration issues through the lens of young international arbitration practitioners working across different jurisdictions. It is through the young arbitration practitioners and their experiences of domestic legal systems that many of the future arguments and developments of law and practice will be channelled through and, indeed, that many tribunals will need to contend with. In either case, a familiarity and understanding of the different solutions to international arbitration problems in different jurisdictions is key to the development of the field. Through this collection of articles, we hope to pave the way for a more comprehensive discussion on the topics addressed within this publication by the wider international arbitration community.
