The pandemic has caused a shift in the way investigations are managed across the region. Clyde & Co Clasis Singapore, KPMG Singapore and ThinkLaw in India are pleased to invite you for the first of a two part series focused on cross-border investigations.

In the upcoming second session we will focus on issues with responding to findings during a dynamic investigation process, developing and concluding the investigation and reporting considerations. 

In the third session we will focus on pursuing wrongdoers, and the litigation and arbitration options that present themselves as an investigation draws to a close and thereafter.
