- Representing a care home in a prosecution by the CQC following the death of a patient as a result of a medication error

- Advising an out-of-hours provider regarding a dispute with a draft inspection report

- Acting for an an insurer and its insured (a medical equipment supplier) following allegations of defective equipment

- Advising on the corporate structuring of a new private hospital developer and operator, including on the debt and equity arrangements surrounding the development of two new private hospitals;

- Advising an alternative lender of the acquisition and development financing of a number of UK care homes;

- Advising three well known UK luxury retirement operators on the acquisition, development and operation of their UK independent retirement living communities;

- Advising Bio Cell Tech on its acquisition of Dante Labs.
