Global law firm Clyde & Co and PedersoliGattai assisted Phoenix International, an Italian company specialising in extrusion dies for aluminium, and a platform company of the asset manager Ambienta SGR, in finalising the acquisition of a majority stake in the joint venture Phoenix ME, based in the United Arab Emirates, specialised in aluminium extrusion dies.
Clyde & Co acted as the local advisor with a team led by partner Roshanak Bassiri Gharb (corporate, Dubai/Abu Dhabi).
