Clyde & Co advises Esyasoft on £100m recommended offer for Good Energy Group plc

Global law firm Clyde & Co, has acted for Dubai-based Esyasoft on its £100m recommended offer for UK renewable energy specialist and London Stock Exchange listed Good Energy Group plc.

The firm advised on the recommended offer, which was announced on 27 January 2025 and will be implemented as a Scheme of Arrangement pursuant to Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 and in accordance with the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
 
Clyde & Co’s cross-jurisdictional team was led by client relationship partner Roshanak Bassiri Gharb (corporate, Dubai/Abu Dhabi) and matter partner Nick Purnell (corporate, London), with legal director Andrew Chadwick (corporate finance, London) and associates Georgia Losy and Emma de Graauw (corporate, London).
