Clyde & Co advises TRIOBUD INVESTMENTS on the signing of a co-development agreement

Warsaw, 13 December 2024 – Clyde & Co provided legal advice to Triobud on negotiating an agreement for the co-development of two hybrid onshore wind and photovoltaic projects in Poland.

The agreement covers the development of projects up to the ready-to-build stage and targets a total installed capacity of up to 700 MW, with the potential to expand the partnership to include additional assets.

TRIOBUD INVESTMENTS is an engineering and design company specialising in the development of renewable energy projects, from greenfield to implementation. The company has been operating in the Polish market since 2015.

The VALOREM Group has established its subsidiary in Poland in 2021 with a dedicated local team focused on development, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of solar, wind and battery projects.

The legal team involved in this transaction included counsel Piotr Dziwniel, supported by senior associate Ewa Gołąbek, under the supervision of partner and Head of Energy – Poland, Agnieszka Kulińska.
