Clyde & Co expands real estate practice with hire of Rachel Orton

London, 26 June 2024 – Global law firm Clyde & Co announced today the appointment of Rachel Orton as partner in its London office. Her hire is the latest expansion of Clyde & Co’s real estate practice.

Rachel joins the firm from Addleshaw Goddard and is an expert in the living, healthcare, and real estate investment sectors. She advises across the whole of the living sector and healthcare providers on the development of hospitals, supported living and dementia care assets. She also advises operators, particularly in negotiating operational management agreements in later living and affordable housing and has extensive experience in infrastructure transactions.
