Clyde & Co Chile bolsters its corporate & advisory practice with a seasoned Legal Director

New York and Chile admitted Tax attorney Cristobal Cibie has joined the firm, augmenting the team spearheaded by Franco Acchiardo.

Clyde & Co Chile is pleased to announce the appointment of Cristobal Cibie as Legal Director. Cibie is a well-known tax lawyer, admitted in Chile and New York, with a strong international background. He received his law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an LL.M in Taxation from Georgetown University.

Cibie, is a respected figure in the legal market having held previous roles at international and Big Four firms. He brings a wealth of experience in tax law, particularly in cross-border transactions, project finance and advisory to large corporations.

As part of Clyde & Co’s global network, Cibie will play an important role in growing the firm’s international Corporate & Advisory practice, which continues to expand following the recent addition of a team in Poland.
