Clyde & Co advises the shareholders of The Talent Enterprise on proposed sale to Mercer

Global law firm Clyde & Co is advising the shareholders of The Talent Enterprise, a market-leading psychometric and talent assessment technology company in the Middle East, on the proposed sale of the business to Mercer. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

The Talent Enterprise is a global talent assessment technology company founded in Dubai in 2013 by David Jones, Radhika Punshi and Gauri Gupta; with a fast-expanding global network of offices and partners, working with over 250 clients across the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Europe.
