Clyde & Co advises Zaad Capital on its sale of Basatin Landscaping

Clyde & Co has advised Zaad Capital on its AED 150 million sale of 75 per cent of Basatin Landscaping to Aldar Properties PJSC, the Abu Dhabi based property development, management, and investment company.

Basatin Landscaping is a provider of a wide range of landscaping services, including design, installation, paving, gardening, and green waste disposal. The company has over 1,000 employees and has provided landscaping services for key clients in the UAE, including the Department of Municipalities and Transport and Expo 2020. 

Clyde & Co acted as lead external counsel to Zaad Capital. The team was led by partner Chadi Salloum and senior associate Afraz Hussain who were supported by legal director Krishen Patel, associate Sinan Amso, FDI and corporate structuring manager, Marwa El Gazzar, trainees Ana Favretto and Nouria Hammeda, and company secretary assistant Nidhiya Jaimon.
