Barakat, Maher & Partners in association with Clyde & Co advises PANGIAM on a project to revamp and develop Cairo International Airport.
Barakat, Maher & Partners in association with Clyde & Co has advised PANGIAM on two memorandum of understandings (MoUs) for purposes of designing and setting a new terminal and for upgrading the existing terminals to make traveling faster, seamless, and more efficient. This project represents Egypt's commitment to invest heavily in new international airports and upgrading the existing terminals as part of its plan to reinvigorate tourism in Egypt. The signing ceremony was attended by many stakeholders including the Egyptian Minister of Civil Aviation and PANGIAM.
PANGIAM was founded by a team of customs and security professionals with decades of collective senior-level executive experience. Through innovation, emerging technologies and the power of data, they solve security, facilitation and operational challenges.
The Cairo office team was led by partners Mohamed Barakat and Sameh Dahroug.
Mohamed comments: “We are pleased to continue our support on this strategic project and are looking forward to seeing growth in the tourism sector and the overall economic development of Egypt.”
