Toby joined Clyde & Co as a partner in 2009 together with Neil Beresford and Roger Doulton as part of a new unit specialising in property, products and financial institutions.
Toby has particular experience in advising insurers on policy coverage issues arising out of property, business interruption and public liability insurance. The subject matter ranges from small businesses up to multi-national companies.
Toby also specialises in complex subrogated recoveries on behalf of insurers. As a result of this he has worked on a range of construction disputes, including claims under JCT contracts and claims against contractors and architects.
