Maurice specialises in both international insurance disputes and international commercial and investment arbitration.  He has particular interest and experience in the power generation, energy, mining, banking and telecommunications sectors.  In the insurance sector he provides coverage and subrogation advice mainly to insurers in relation to power and industrial risks under  property and construction all risks policies but he has also represented insurers and insureds under financial institutions warranty and indemnity, directors and officers, professional indemnity and contract frustration policies.
