David Gabianelli has a diverse litigation background. Currently, his practice focuses on insurance coverage, environmental and broker liability disputes. Mr. Gabianelli also counsels clients on employment and product liability matters. In the insurance arena, Mr. Gabianelli has handled complex coverage disputes for nearly twenty years, including six trials in state and federal courts. He regularly advises clients on environmental, asbestos, advertising injury, professional liability and other coverage matters. He also represents insurance brokers on a wide variety of matters. Mr. Gabianelli counsels clients on environmental issues and litigates Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and Proposition 65 actions. Mr. Gabianelli also counsels clients of all sizes regarding employment law issues and litigates discrimination, harassment and wage and hour claims. David is a member of the Litigation Section of Bar Association of San Francisco. He is listed as a 2011 Northern California Super Lawyer. In addition, he is active in pro bono circles, serving on the Board of Directors of Legal Aid of Marin and as a Member of the San Francisco Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights. |
