Clare has broad experience of commercial real estate work, acting for investors, developers and corporate end users as well as dealing with the real estate aspects of a number of corporate M&A transactions. She has particular expertise in the hotels and leisure sector, including the negotiation of hotel management agreements and involvement in time share and shared ownership projects.
Recently Clare's practice has focussed on the real estate aspects of insolvency and restructuring matters and she has acted for a number of financial institutions and insolvency practitioners in connection with administrations, receiverships, liquidations and security restructuring.
