Clyde & Co partner Chris Harris has co-authored a book looking at Bermuda Form. The book, entitled "The Bermuda Form: Interpretation and Dispute Resolution of Excess Liability Insurance", was written with David Scorey of Essex Court Chambers and Richard Geddes partner at Sedgwick LLP. The book provides analysis and interpretation on the construction of the Bermuda Form and addresses the legal and practical issues that arise in the dispute resolution process.
